Court at Oxford Valley
Oxford Court is a ten-building office, medical and retail complex located within the Oxford Valley Mall campus in Lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania, midway between Princeton and Philadelphia. Oxford Court presently includes nine multi-tenanted buildings built in four phases, plus one utility building. The oldest building dates from 1986 and the newest was completed in late 2000 (and at that time, the entire Complex was renovated). The total rentable area encompasses about 153,000 s.f. Further expansions could bring the total leasable area to about 160,000 s.f.
